Our Pork

All of our pigs are California bred and fed here in the Central Valley of California. We are involved in all stages of pig farming. We strive to provide pork that is of the highest quality. We have high standards in breed selection by using superior breeds such as the Duroc and Berkshire (Kurobuta) which are known for their high quality meat and marbling. Our pork is flavorful, tender and juicy and fresh because we are local.

We are Pork Quality Assurance Plus (PQA) certified. We are committed to produce a safe and wholesome product for consumers and their families. At time of harvest all of our pigs are 100% free of antibiotics and hormones.

- May 2023-October 2023, we will be selling our pork monthly at the market.

Our pork is available to purchase from us starting November 2021, free local delivery to Turlock residents. Minimum $50 order, deliveries will be made beginning of each month, please message me with any orders.
